New SEC not working

Hello, Previous SEC version had been working for awhile. I installed the new SEC this past weekend. When testing from RMP I'm getting a 'Bad Gateway' error. Below is an excerpt from my server log file:

There was an issue on server side which was resolved internally over the last week end.
