Hi,

Please check if any error come during the execution of the activity and process execution is stopped due to this.

If you still face the issue, kindly share the details, screen-print of the process and web interface in order to suggests more clearly on this.

Thank you,

Hi.
I think that no error appear. This didn't work only when the value introduced by user is "0". I send the screenshots. Please help me.

Hi,

Please check if any regular expression is applied on "text input" to restrict the "0" character. Also any script is running on click of "SUBMETER" button.

Please use the "Chrome Developer Tool" to check any error on click of "SUBMETER" button as no error on process execution so high chances are error is related to Web interface.

Thank you,
Pankaj Kumar

Hi.
Regarding regular expression and script running in button, I already had checked and didn't solved the problem.
Regarding Chrome Developer Tool and process execution how I can check this? I already sent you one screenshot of process and haven't no errors. When I click the button, don't happen nothing.
