Hello everyone!

We are excited to announce the release of  'Collections Dashboard', a significant enhancement to the way you perform operations on a collection today.

Until recently, users would need to query their collections via scripts as there was no user interface to do so, or a script had to be used to create an 'index' as there was no user interface for this as well. Now, all that has changed with this new feature!

What is Collections Dashboard?
This feature will allow users to execute 'CRUD Operations'  (Create/Read/Update/Delete) of documents in a collection via a new user interface. All CRUD operations shall be executable according to a user-selected mode. We have created new user documentation  with quick and easy videos to get started.

How can I benefit from using this feature?

The Collections Dashboard feature provides a user interface to:

  • Create/Read/Update/Delete documents
  • Search for the collections using the Query Editor
  • Highlights alternative methods to populate a collection
  • Index can be used to get results quickly

Where can I access the Collections Dashboard feature?

  • Access via the DS Wheel pop-up on the Home Page :

On the DigitalSuite Studio homepage header, click on the DS. navigation 'Wheel'. From here:
    1. Hover over the 'BUILD' section and click on 'Resources' to move forward.
    2. Select the 'Collections' tab to access the existing collections section.
    3. Select a collection to view the new Dashboard User Interface

  • Access via the BUILD section on the Home Page:

On the DigitalSuite Studio homepage, navigate to the 'BUILD' section. From here:
    1. Select 'Resources' to access the Resources Page.
    2. Select the 'Collections' tab to access the existing collections section.
    3. Select a collection to view the new Dashboard User Interface

Note: This feature is accessible to all ADMINS only.

For further understanding and usage of this feature, we have updated the User Guide with 'Operations on a Collection' section on the Collections page.

We hope you will use these features and have a enriching experience of RunMyProcess. As always, we assure you of our continued support.

Let us know what you think once you give the feature a try!
