I am having the same issue as https://groups.google.com/a/runmyprocess.com/forum/#!searchin/supportforum/version$20include$20collection/supportforum/giTwUHlbqhc/xNEjDOvgHFkJ

In the live mode, I (developer) can write to a collection but no other user. I checked the user setting ("User". Not "Administrator"), Collection access rights ("Private" and Not "Read Only"), and each user is added as "User" to the "Authorized Users" and "Acceptance Users" in "Role" that has execution right to the process (in fact, the process starts fine. It fails at writing to a collection).

What am I missing?

Hi,

In Live mode, on collection, "USER" access level have right "Read/Write/Delete". Kindly make sure users have access right "User" on project. Please refer to below user guide link for more details.

Thank you,
