Capturing email remainder in the history widget

Hi Team,

I want to capture the email remainder that is being generted in the process, in the history widget, can you give me an idea of how to do it, or else there is any other alternatives??

Hi Somjit,

Could you please let us know why you want to capture email reminder in History widget ? Elaborate.

Instead you can maintain a variable say "status" which will get updated as per reminder count or as per your requirement.

Hi Sweta,

According to the buisness rules, there is a need to generate email reminders for approvers, now there are situations where, the user might ask why his ticket took so many days to get approve, now if the email reminder can be stored in history then we have a point to say that , ticket was assigned, simultaneously,email remainders were also send when the approver did not responded, so neither the approver nor the user can deny the facts.

Hi Somjit,

Easiest way to do is through collection. You can store all desired information (e.g email reminder, reminder date) in collection and display these information using report.
