Regarding triggering a process by email

Hello Team,

I want trigger a process by email.

I have read the documents and tried to trigger the process.

I am not getting how to map message variables(e.g.Map subject to,Map content to,Map cc to,Map attachment to) with process variables.

Please suggest me regarding this.

Hi Priyanka, 

As mentioned in documentation you have to first create process input variables for Map subject to,Map content to,Map cc to and file attachment fields and then map theses with start event configuration.Refer attachment.

You can then retrieve the value of these mapped variables from any process variables like ${body} will have email content.
