Hi. I've seen the "due in" option in the manual task tab, but I understand that when the due date is reached the task status turns red. Is there a way to just send and email to notify that the due date has been reached?

Thanks

Hi,

No, you won't be able to implement any action following the expiration of the due date of a manual task.
You'll need to put a timer on your manual task in order to put in place a reminder email or to notify that the due date is over (and then escalate to next approver for example).
