error when I try to add a user

Hello,

At first I done the register with an e-mail of my company, so after this i did the register using a general e-mail from my company, to be the admin off all the users.

I payed 5 users licence for the last register and the first register is inactive, but when I try to insert the user that is the same e-mail of the first register, a warning message appears saying that the user already exists.

I have to unsubscribe the first register? How can I do this?

Please help me.

My first register is with this e-mail!

The message is
"Error when trying to save the user. Please check user metadata and preferences values, and make sure that this user doesn't already exist".

Hi Leon,

You cannot create a new user with existing user's email address. You may either delete or reactivate that user. If you would like to reactivate your first registered user who is now inactive, then just click on Reactivate icon in the Users screen. Any admin in your account can perform this action. See the attached screenshot.

Hi Leonardo,

We can delete the old account and then you should be able to add the same user in new account. 

Any artifacts or project resources created in old account will be deleted forever. 
Please confirm this and account login to be deleted : leon...@ecotronicbr.com

Your account with this login : leon...@ecotronicbr.com was deleted. You can now add this user in your new account.
