Good Morning Sir,

It is not possible to change this limit. It is server limit for ALL Customers.

Usually, when you have this kind of size, it means that there is something that can be done differently in your process.

Could you explain  us exactly what you are trying to do in your process (may be share some screenshot)?

Regards,

Richard

Mr. Richard, as you instructed, we modified our process... To give you some context, this is what we are triying to do:

We have MASTER DATA in a MySQL DB, that means customers, products, types, etc.

We are copying those data to MONGODB trough a process that is launched once every day, this process call a conector that reads the data and pass it as output variables to MongoDB as seen on attached image "Data to MongoDB.png".

For larger data, as you instructed, we setup a subprocess that reads those data, and this sub process ends well, as you can see on the other attached image "Master Data Subprocess.png".

Finally, small data group on the main process joins with the big data subprocess, that already done his job, but finally we still getting the message "Oversized Request"... As seen on image "Master Data Process.png"

Any idea? Can we call you, as we did in January? We still have your contact information and you are always a great help!

We still have the problem we told you about a maxthreadsize... We need to solve it to comply with requirements for this development... We already tried to make a separate subprocess to deal with bigger data... but still get the same answer when we put all the output together...
Any help will be great!
THX in advance!
