Hi,

How can I define working hours (8 per day) and start a new branch after 12 working hours.

Thanks

Why don't you trigger a process by timer (every 12 hours?)

Best regards.

Hi,

Because I need count 12 hours in orden to the 8 daily working hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm).

For example if the task is assigned today at 2:00pm it should count 2 hours today (2:00 pm to 4:00 pm), 8 hours from tomorrow and 2 hours from the next day.

Hi,

You have to set up a timer launched every hour. Then use a variable that counts the number of working hours. Every time the hourly timer is triggered, check the time with the freemarker function now(). If the hour returned by this function is within your working hours, then add 1 to the variable that contains the number of working hours spent. If the variable is < 12, then your process has to loop back to the timer. If the variable is >=12, then your process has to follow a different branch in your process.

Julien
