Subject Name Glitch

In my process I have an email that is sent to the customer. The email content is correct but its not sending with the correct subject heading.

The subject line reads correct in the process workflow but every time I test it it uses a heading from an internal email from earlier in the process.

How do I get this fixed.

Hi,
Have you added any other activities before or after Email activity in process? Can you please provide screenshot for the same?
I have tested with one email activity in process and that is taking correct subject.
