Submit button not starting a process

Good morning RMP Team (Sabine/Abdellatif),

I'm hoping if you can assist me.

One of my users is trying to submit a new Service Advisor request. He is able to fill out the form just form but when clicking the Submit button to submit data to service advisor user and to start the process, nothing happens.

I'm not seeing any errors other than the following error below when I hit F12 from the Chrome browser to see the console data.
"Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery not defined"

Can you kindly assist with this?

Please disregard this post as the issue has been resolved. One of the fields was a compulsory field and I had to enter the value before proceeding to start the process.
