Please reply with complete details about the issue to analyze.
1) Does the report showing any records when you select 'Search Results'?
2) Send us the screenshot of report configurations, and exact error screenshot.
While creating Process Report, make sure to select the related Process, Mode, Only for current Project with proper filter options(on Date, on Default/Measure columns, Group by from Report configuration).
