Error loading runmyprocess when i open tickets to see status created through runmyprocess workflow

Hello

When i am trying to open tickets created in runmyprocess workflow to see where they are stuck i am getting load error.

Hi,

Please reply with complete details about the issue to analyze.

1) Does the report showing any records when you select 'Search Results'?

2) Send us the screenshot of report configurations, and exact error screenshot.

While creating Process Report, make sure to select the related Process, Mode, Only for current Project with proper filter options(on Date, on Default/Measure columns, Group by from Report configuration).

Hello Murali,

Please find replies below. What should i do as my next steps ? When i do the same steps on some other pr9ocess i am able to see the process report and also see the individual records set and the status each task is in. The problem is occuring in one particular process workflow.

1. Yes, the process report shows the records when i select search results. It shows all the records with the fields that i want to see as

per the selection i have made.

2. When i click on individual record set in this process report i am unable to open it and recieve an error message as seen in the

screenshot below:
