Hi,

1. I tried to download the Android app and shows the image message, what should I do?.

2. I Launched the request on Iphone and Ipad and are imcomplete information, what shoul I do?

Hi,

1. For the Android App, your home page is - by default - https://beta2-portal.runmyprocess.com/. However, you does seem to have access to it. So, you must configure as described below :

a. Click on the top-right hand-side button to configure your RunMyApp

b. Then, press "preferences"

c. Fill up in with your information (especially home page you want to access to by default) :

d. Finally, validate and "Empty your cache" :

2. A similar application for Ipad and Iphone is scheduled for the end of that year. Meanwhile, you can set up your pages and connect via your mobile browser but you have to configure your Mobile CSS accordingly.

Here's a piece of code that you might need :

To make your webform scrollable on mobile devices, you must add the folllowing css code in :

-webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch; (to activate horizontal scroll)
min-width: 980px; (choose your preferred size)

I have the CSS from RMP templates "grey (added on july 2013)"
Where do I have to write the script (I send the CSS in a .doc). What I need is see the webinterface in Ipad.

Hi,

You have to copy the content of the RMP CSS template in a .css file. Then you have to attach your file to the web interface you want this CSS to be applied to :

To link a CSS to a web interface, click on the Stylesheet tab of the web interface (1), then click on the pencil icon (2), next in the popup choose "Custom" (3), upload your .css file by clicking on the Upload button (4), and once uploaded highlight it in blue in the list and click on Validate (5).

Hi, I had already do that but when I run the application on Ipad but it is still like the images attached initially.

I did different is that I copied the contents of the file sent into "new" options from "Aviable Stylesheet"

Hi,

I've been mistaking, there's currently a bug on mobile, attached stylesheets are not applied but it will be solved with next platform release, that should occur by the end of the month.

A work-around you can use until then is to put the following :

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="https://live.runmyprocess.com/live/my_css_url/my_css.css">

into an HTML widget at the top of your web interface.
