Hi all,
We have a process that can be initiated by an external system (SAP) or by a RMP User. We created two lanes: the first one, includes the "SAP User" and our RMP Users for this process and the second one just includes the RMP Users. The problem is, when the process is started by "SAP User", it is "redirected" to the second lane, but all the fields in the web interface are disabled.
They are only available if the user that started the process is the same that validate it.

Is this approach the correct one? What's missing in our configuration?

We found that we can only test this behaviour in ACCEPTANCE or LIVE mode.
