Hi

For example: I need that a manual task is assigned to a person, and in the same time, it begins a new different process .

Thanks.

Hi,

You can use AND split and join, "Parallel tasks".

Please see attached example.

The basics is, you should always finish an AND split with an AND join.

To run a new different process, you can start it as a subprocess activity, or as a separate process instance via Connector.

Best regards,

Taka

Hi Mister Taka.

I reconfigure the process map but it just doesn't triggers the action of each process.

I attached a screenshot with the relative issue.

Thanks .

I'm Sorry, It think it is a problem with a process before these parallel tasks work.

Anyway I'll keep making tests, and I'll inform you.

Thanks!!

Hi,

To check where your process is stuck at, you can open a process report.

Here is guidance in case you are not sure:
Please see the attached rough diagram of how to generate a process report.
It is important that you choose the correct "mode" = TEST and the "process name".
Then click on "Search results" at top right of the screen, and it should display process instances launched in TEST mode.

You can click on the process instance name to open a detailed visual representation of process instance.
It should look exactly like your design screen, and each activity box will have green/orange/red indicator of the status.
Green means it completed, orange means it is pending, red means error.

More details about process report here:

Best regards,

Taka
