the offer for one user already expired, so what I did was subscribe to a new offer. However, The "overdue" sign hast go away.

Hos long does it take?

Hi,

If you purchase via PayPal, the licenses should be available within minutes.

Can a Administrator-profile user, open the user config from IDE and click on edit (pencil) and save (floppy disk)?

That should refresh user info and change him to billing ok status.
