My Acount ID is different to my P-custumer in my process

Is it possible that my process runs with a P_customer differnt?or Is that a mistake?, if this ok, how I can get back my account ID ?

Hi Raul,

Ideally these both should match, if the process initiated by the same user as mentioned in first screenshot.

Could you confirm this once again and let us know the scenario of how this Process got initiated?

I always use the same user,
User was my trial, now is a user based package

Hi Raul,

Thanks for your inputs.We have identified this as a Bug and our R&D team is working on this. It will be solved in the next platform release Lifou V2. Please watch for the updates in below.

You are not impacted with how it is appearing now in the internal parameters because the server is sending the value correctly, but its just the Flex client issue and is not showing correctly as it is a very big number.

Meanwhile whenever you want to use the P_customer anywhere, you can just open any web interface and copy the Customer Id from the URL or you can also go to Account --> Configuration --> Account ID. At these two places it shows correctly.

Let us know for any additional information required.
