Error + User Creation

I am getting an error(screenshot attached) while creating a new user.

User preferences and metadata is selected. Also i have checked this user does not currently already exist in RMP.

The email address of the user is btin...@pinnaca.com

What steps do we take to resolve this ?

 Hi Harry,

Please make sure that the user id you are trying to add as user is not registered with any of the previous RunMyProcess account. You cannot create new user with same email id which is already register with RunMyProcess. Just to be more detail it only validate for unique string value. If you want to use same user then you can create alias of that id.
For e.g. me+ne...@gmail.com

Hi Gunjan,

Thanks for reply. But this does not help me as we are using the email alias
for further processing in few projects.

Can you delete this user from your end from all runmyprocess accounts so i can create this user ?

The trial account opened by btin...@pinnaca.com has been deleted. You should be able to add that user now.
