Mail id to be changed

Hi

Is it possible to change the mail id of admin in runmyprocess? Currently I am using my gmail id as the id of runmyprocess. I would like to change it to the one which the company provides me.

Hi Rajeev,

There is no way of updating the mail id of user account directly.

Alternately, Log into your current account and add a new user from Accounts--> Users-->New user , with email : user...@companyid.com and profile: Administrator .


You will receive the notification on your company mail id.  Once you are able to update the password and new user's status is active(green in colour), all your projects will be automatically imported into new account and verify the same.

Now you may delete the old user from user's list.

Hi,

Please do not delete the user completely.
You can click on trash icon once, user will be inactive. This is all you need.

Inactive user will not be able to login, will not count as licensed user.

So if I change my admin id will it affect any of the users? Do the new id have all the privilege of existing id?

Hi Rajeev,

No, It will not have affect on other users.

Also, please update the Organization/Roles with new mail id of your imported Projects where ever it's been used.
