Hi guys,
how I can get the value of the user who is assigned a manual task to create one "My Tasks" report.

Hi,
You can create a "my tasks" report by creating a "waiting for" measure that will be equal to the login of the user who has to validate the manual task.
and then you add the following filter to the report

You can add filter in web interface report design and select "Started By" as "Connected User" and only select the screen associated with manual task :
