Hello..
I am trying to know about RMP-UsageReport.But i am getting some problem. If I perform any activity like assigning daily task to employee.IF any employee is not submitting task after 8 hours of assignment sent them reminder email. So I think its Process trigger by Timer. But its not showing any changes at Process trigger-Timer usage, instead its showing changes at Email Sent Usage in the UsageReport.I am confused about why its showing changes at Email sent Usage.
So Please clarify me regarding this.

Regards,
Priyanka.

Hi Priyanka,

"Process trigger by Timer" only applies to processes that are triggered by a timer, which means where the start event of the process is a timer. If it's a timer in the middle of a process, or attached to a manual task, it won't be counted (and won't appear as "Process trigger by Timer").
But of course, if an email is being sent when time runs out, you'll be counted an Email sent in the Usage Report.

Hi Priyanka,

Is your process in LIVE ? or only in TEST ?
Processes with timers only get triggered when the project they are part of is in LIVE.

Hi Priyanka,

Both TEST, ACCEPTANCE and LIVE modes are counted within the Usage Report.
But it's not the creation of a process that is counted, it's their execution.
And processes triggered by timers can't be executed in TEST, only in LIVE.
