Hi Team,

We are observing very slow response and time outs in both webinterface and process level especially yesterday and today.

Could you please check and confirm whether there is any issue with the platform?

Hi Nagasai,

Indeed, we got some low performances issues yesterday but for a ery short time (between 5 & 6PM GMT). It should not be the case any more. Can you confirm?
