Hi.
I have an image, that redirect for value: ${P_result.url}.
This value is the url of PDF file that is generated by the system.
The problem is: when I click on submit, if I try click on image to redirect to url, it doesn't work anymore. What is the reason?

Hi,

Kindly post all your queries from the registered email ID. This is to ensure we track and support only active accounts.

It would be great if you could provide us your RunMyProcess Account ID as well.

Thanks,
Sweta

Hi Pankaj.
Before I click on submit button to change the state, I can click on image and it redirect for the link that I want.
For other words, If I do:

id_image.isActive();

-> return true before I submit
-> return false after I submit.

I send screenshots in attachments.

you understand?

Hi,

Once you click on "Submit" button to update/launch the process, after success, a notification comes in green strip with the notification and all the controls in the Web Interface becomes in-active since user have done the necessary action and he can not take action again on the same request. This is the default functionality of RunMyProcess.

Thank you,
Pankaj Kumar

Hi.
Thanks.
But I don't agree with you. Because attachments widget for example, keep active, after I click on submit, and I can open the files that are in attachments. Why I can do the same thing with image?

Hi,

You can use html widget and add the code to include image or button which you do not want to inactive once the request is submitted instead of RunMyProcess image widget.

Thank you,
