Box info of report in google site

HI guys,
I'd like to know what information is contained in the box of the report (see screenshot).

In my report there are 30 requests in total,
why in the box in 'My Request' --> 'Completed' it says 69?

what it refers label 'opened'? new requests launched or requests open by link?

Hi,

Task basket is displaying the total number of tasks which are pending/completed etc. Here(in your case) it is displaying "1" it means the task which are pending.

Note: By default task basket configuration is selected as "All instances displayed".

Kindly check and if this is the scenario then it will display the information about all applications. 

As per your second query: "Opened" refers the "Number of opened tasks (the process is not yet started or is waiting for a validation)"
