Hello Sir,

Good Day.

As per the screen shot attached,it seems that you are using a third party web service i.e via  connector to fetch records in first activity.

So can you please confirm us ,how much data(records) is retrieving via API call.

It is an external service that you must update
A customer maintainer (22.480 records and 24 column)
What solution exists to solve this

Hi Sir,

The maximum size of data retrieval through webservice is 1 MB.If data is exceeding beyond 1Mb,it will give an error.
So you need to divide the number of records into smaller chunks.for eg you can divide 24000 records into the set of 800 each and perform iteration to store each set of data.

Please note that the execution time for api call in process is 5 minutes.If data retreival is taking more than 5 minutes it will give an error.
Also same goes with SEC,if data is coming through SEC then the maximum data can be fetched is 800kb and execution time is 60seconds.
