Account displays as Inactive

Hello, I'm the RMP admin and at the top of the screen next to my name displays Inactive. When I try to load a project's process report I get "Error loading console" message.
Please advise,

Your licences have expired since today, we have checked with the US team and  they are waiting for White Stratus approval.

I have just checked with my manager and in order to don't stop your process I have reactivated your licences while we are waiting from the US team.
