Error ACCESS FORBIDEN (403) when user open ${P_task_url} in mail

Hi,

Problem is user can not open web interface from ${P_task_url} in mail, there were no changes, before the problem the same users were working ok. Users with the problem can open the web interfaces from reports on the portal.

Hi,

Do you happen to be using multiple RMP users?

For example, if you were switching between user A and user B.

If you are already logged in with user A in your browser, then receive a email for user,B and click on that link.

It will try to open the WI URL in the same browser that you are logged in as user A, and tell you that you don't have access to the page, because the task is user B's task.

This could happen in in development and switching users, or employee is sharing a laptop, etc.

Can you confirm this?
Best thing is to refresh all cache from browser and try to open the URL.

No, it happen to a diferent users, working in their daily computers. No one of the scene that you explain.

Okay, I need some more information to figure out what is wrong.
Can you tell me the following?

Does this happen to every user?
or just few users?

For those users, does it happen every time?
Are they able to login to portal.runmyprocess.com?
Are you using SSO?

I checked our database, I see 3 users who are in PENDING status.
Are these the users who has the issue? (you can check in ACCOUNT > Users)

Until the moment this happen to a role "Directores Locales".
The problem has been reported June 26 and still bad.
They have no problem loging to portal.runmyprocess.com.
We are using loging/password.
I only see two users in pendding status, but they are not the users who has the issue.

Hi Jorge,
Can you please check if the user(email id) whom you have assigned  the manual activity belong to that particular role in your process.Only if he belongs to that role,he can open the Web Interface from his mail & perform the manual activity.

Please your help, can anyone look over, issue has not been resolved. People is trying to enter by ${P_task_url} in mail and can not. Now this is really urgent.
