Housekeeping support

Hello,

are there any RMP standard mechanism for housekeeping to be used in projects?

E.g. 

- automatic deletion of old process instances in DEV, TEST, LIV

- automatic deletion of old uploaded files

If not, are there implementation examples a developer can start with?

There is no retention period in RMP. 

Production data is kept without any time limit so long as the contract between Fujitsu RunMyProcess and the customer remains in force.

Instant access to production data is guaranteed for a period of 48 months. Data that are older than 48 months may be archived and made available to the customer upon request. Instant access to test/acceptance data is guaranteed for a period of 2 months. Data that are older than 2 months may be deleted by Fujitsu RunMyProcess without any notice.

Hello,

in that case I will file a change request on this. For Customer-specfic housekeeping or data protection (legal reasons) it is a must to remove these objects after a dedicated period of time.
