Hi Mosa,

First of all, into the list of users, if you click once on Inline image 1, it unactivates the user and frees the associated licence. After, if you re-click on Inline image 2, it will completely delete the user and will free the email address and make it recordable for anothr RunMyProcess account.

Unactivation is a really complete feature that should fore you not to delete users. As long as you can, you must unactivate them.

For your information, if you delete a user from an account, you will have problems with the following resources :
  • Processes instances that user is P_initiator of;
  • Processes instances that user is P_user of (last approver);
  • Tasks assigned to that person will not be reassignable to another person;
  • Resources (processes, web interface, etc...) revisions (except the last one) will be deleted;

We planned to enhance user deletion for the coming releases but make sure you do not delete anybody meanwhile.

Best regards.
