Randomly inactivated user and unauthorized access

Hi,
our companies RMP account behaves strange. From time to time my userid in the page title shows the prefix "inactivated". When I lookup the user under Account->Users the user status is green. After I logout/login a few times it is activated again. The same with a process. Most of the times it stays readonly "unauthorized access". Sometimes I can edit the process again. Whom can I contact at RMP for help?
