Update RMP Basket

Hello Team,

One of our user is facing issue with RMP basket.
The issue is user has three pending request in his basket.However he has no pending tasks in the application.
how to update the RMP basket of that particular user.

Hi,

I would request you to please raise this issue on our platform support portal.
As this is an open forum such types of queries can't be resolved here.
Please let me know if you face any issue while accessing on Salesforce support portal.
