Data shown weird data after exporting file to csv

I need help to check attached file. Something weird data shown under column X. Any idea why this happened?

Actually, I copy the record from exported report to new spreadsheet coz the data is very Private & Confidential. Cannot simply share to everyone. Yes, I'm getting the same data.

Hi Nas,

As you are getting same data in report also, it seems it's a report configuration issue. Kindly check report configuration and update/delete that particular column from report.

You can deleted column from Report configuration or make a column invisible in Web Interface, where report is configured. Please find attached screen-print for reference.

Hi Pankaj,

I don't think this is the solution as our users need this column. Actually, that data is under column 'Routed Supporter/Approver'(last column) but the data moving to new column because of comma symbol(,). We can accept the data moving to next column but what we concern is why suddenly that weird data is stored in that column.

Hi Nas,

As discussed in Screen-sharing session, this issue is coming as array is truncated in some record and not properly closed due to which excel is showing the correctly showing the data.

I tried manually close the record properly, it looks fine but is there any way for me to rectify the record in which not closed properly before export to csv?

Using RMP IDE, please edit the process instance and update the resective variable to rectify the record.
