Hello,
I am testing google spreadsheets in a process and I am using the connector "Retrieve a list of spreadsheets [V 3.0]" to get the list of spreadsheets where the authenticated user (Login Spreadsheet) is owner or editor.

Unfortunately, it seems that the connector does not retrieve anything BUT spreadsheets "created" by the authenticated user.

Is it the normal behaviour of the connector ?

Thank you,
Luigi

Hi Luigi,

I believe that Connector lists Spreadsheets that are in your drive.

Spreadsheets that are privately shared to you, regardless of your rights (edit/comment/view), will show in your drive, and will be listed in the Connector result.
Spreadsheets that are publicly shared, and you registered it in your drive, will also be part of the Connector result.

The connector is calling this API:

Does this solve your case?

Best regards,

Taka

Hello Takafumi,
the file is in Google Drive and it is "shared privately" but it is not listed in the connector result.
On the other hand, if I create a file with that user, then it appears in the connector result.

Hi,

Attached is how I tested the connector.
The API is authenticated as thoshino@runmyprocess, and the spreadsheet owner is thos...@us.fujitsu and shared to the first account.

The result increased from 221 to 222.
When I un-shared the spreadsheet it went back to 221.

Best regards,

Taka

Hello,
yes, I followed the same steps to test and I confirm you that the connector returns the entry only for a file that has been created by that user, regardless of other shared privileges.
Could it be I am using a different version of connector ?
The id of my test project is 49188.

Thank you!

Hi,

If you still have the same issue, can you try changing the header setting?

Please set
GData-Version
to
3.0
and try again?

This setting is in Advanced Parameters tab in Connector definition.

Best regards,

Taka

Hello,
I tried changing the GData-Version to "3" but the connector still retrieve only the file "created by" and not all the ones "available" to logged user.

Best regards,
Luigi
