Any issue with deleting the entry in the webinterface report in LIVE mode

Hi Team,

I am seeing that the entries in the webinterface are not getting deleting in LIVE mode.

After deleting it shows as it got deleted , but when i refresh the report, same entry is still available.

Could you please check and confirm whether any issue with PCN webinterface report??

Hi Sai,

Are you able to open the WI instances that you deleted?
or do you get page not found?

If page not found, it might be a refresh issue, in that case give it a few minutes and should be removed from report.

If you can still open the URL, then that must mean WI instance has not been deleted.

Which is your case?

Hi Taka,

I am able to open the Url of the WI instance.

There seems to be some issue with the WI deletion.

I even tried removing process but it didnt work

Can you send us the following information, so we can check your issue :

- Account's login
- Project's name
- Webinterface name
- Links of the webinterface instances you want to delete
