Hello Team,

We have configured dashboards (Pie Charts and column Charts). We are using the web interface reports for the charts.

When we use filter of "user.extended.<--Attribute-->", the dashboards does not have any records. But the reports are showing the records with the same filter.

Could it be possible to apply that filter for the Dashboards..?

Hi Sagar,

As the report data is changing when you applying filter to the report, does chart data remains the same or it became blank? if it remain same than you need to re-execute the java-script code to update the rendering of the chart and if it became blank one possibility is due to some error in java-script code, execution of script is halted.
