How to share a user's workflow data with another user within the same organization

Good morning RunMyProcess Support,

My company has created a workflow process to allow account managers to submit engineering requests to our engineers via the RMP console.

However, if a particular account manager is on leave or on vacation, how can they share their engineering requests with another user who is taking over for them while they are away?

Hi Vishal,

There is a delegation feature in our platform that might fit your need.

Basically, you can set a delegate to user, and while the delegation is active, all tasks can be validated by the delegate or the original user.

I'm reading up the documentation that you sent me and in the last section called "How to create a delegation?", it says that the web interface is currently being developed.

Is it possible for my users to use this feature now? If so, can you guide me accordingly on how to do this?

login ID with Administrator profile

(email address)

Request:

Something like "I would like to use the delegation feature, can you copy the delegation project to my account?"

Your request should be processed overnight, sometime faster.
