Pass variable value from one project WI to other WI

Hi

Is it possible to pass variable values from one project web interface to another web interface?

As i have two different web interfaces from which i am trying to initiate process?

Logic:

We have two roles- Supplier and Coordinator ,either Supplier or Coordinator can initiate the process and both have completely different web interfaces and different fields except mandatory fields.

Could you please suggest how to achieve this scenario?
