Hello,

I am having trouble on update process, continue event. When I click approve button, nothing happens. I do not have any pre-launch scripts. Button is enabled but does not do anything. Mode is TEST.

I tried adding pre-launch script and just entered true yet no change in behavior. I put in log and it does print on click but nothing happens still. I also tried changing even on Update Process to Cancel and that works.

Not sure what is wrong. Any help or pointers?

Thanks,

Dipal

Hi Dipal,

Does this process working before or you are developing/testing for the first time?

Also review your process step variables/measures configuration and see something missing.

Please check whether you have change process configuration and reflected same into the web interface.

Kindly try out this all possibilities and let us know if the issue still persists.

Thanks & Regards,

Thanks Abhilash,

I found the issue. It was one field that was invalid. I had not initialized it for Manual task. That did it.

Thanks,

Dipal
