Update RMP Basket

Hello Team,

One of our user is facing issue with RMP basket.
The issue is user has three pending request in his basket.However he has no pending tasks in the application.
how to update the RMP basket of that particular user.

Hi There,

Could you please confirm that which option have you selected for the basket in the header configuration of the web interface?
Also, send the screenshot of the issue which you are facing.

I have selected All Instances in web Interface.

I have also attached the issue.The task are already completed.
