Hello Support,

The Customer trying to implement a filter on closure date on web interface report ,but with no luck because it was defined as a "MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss" , so when user implement a filter to extract an instances that closed in April"04/2014", and then extract report , the report will display all the instances that closed in a February , march and April.

How can Implement filter that extract just the instances closed in April for example?

Please Advise

Hello Mosa,

Can you please give us more details about the way you're doing your filter ?
Is it a string type or a date type ?

Best regards,

Hi Mosa,

As your pattern is "MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss", you won't be able to filter on any month.
When you're typing "04/2014" it then gives you any closure date from 2014 which is on day 4.
If you wanted to filter on a month, you should have used the "dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm:ss" pattern instead.
