"Query did not return a unique result"

This error has never happened to me before so I'm not sure why it's doing it now.

Please advise:

Hi,

I guess you're using a Gmail provider and that the "From" field of your email task is empty.

The problem has been solved since, so if you just reboot your process it should work fine now.
