Delete the existing user.

Hello Team,

We are trying to create a new user with user Id "Carlotta...@adidas-group.com", but we are not able to create that user because that user is existing registered RMP user.
Could you please delete this user with user Id "Carlotta...@adidas-group.com".
So that we can create new user with same user Id.

Note :This request is on behalf of User Id.
