Hi Team,

Could you please confirm whether it is possible to generate report which are stuck /waiting at step "create collection" in the process attached?

Process report at any step in the process (i.e waiting at step B for example which is not a manual step).

Thanks
Sai

Hi,

Yes you can generate a process report with adding a measure, you change its value in the selected process's steps and in your report add a filter with the wanted measure's value.
The screenshots below could help you.

HI Mariem,

The above change of adding measure will help to see the report for the new instances after adding version.

If the process is already running without above change, is to possible to retrieve.

Thanks
Sai

Hi Nagasai,

Indeed, the measure calculations are retroactive. So, if your variable exists, you can add the measure afterward and see your report (even for current & completed instances) being updated.

Regards.

Thanks
Sai
