List Box values changes

Hello Team,
When i select value in list and when it goes to other approval screen the values in the list boxes changes.I have also attach the screenshot.
Please help me.

Hello Pankaj,

I have 2 screen for my process.In those screen i have list box in my form which is variable based the values in the list boxes come from collection.When my 1 screen that is initiator select the value in the list boxes and it goes to another screen i.e approver the value changes in List box changes for the approver.

I have one more issue the value displayed in my list boxes are the label not the values.

This is the script which i am using to display the values in Variable based list
function list_ok(result) {
var vb_list = new Array();

for(var i=0;i<result.length;i++) {

vb_list.push({"value":result[i].data,"label":result[i].cluster});
}

var a = new RMP_List();

a.fromArray(vb_list);
RMPApplication.setList("vb_list",a);
}

function list_ko(result) {

//Error while retrieving values

alert("ko " + JSON.stringify(result));

}

var my_pattern = {};

my_pattern.cluster = "[[cluster]]";

col_creditrep.listCallback(my_pattern,{},list_ok,list_ko);

Hello Shashank,

I am able to reproduce your issue but only label values are set in variable based list.

In this is the script you can set data to "label" whatever data you want to display in Variable based list.

for eg.   vb_list.push({"label":result[i].data,"value":result[i].cluster});

I have done that it is working but my concern is that when my screen changes from initiator to approver the Initiator selected values changes in the approver screen.

Hello Gunjan,

I am loading data into List Widget from same collection and i am loading same data into it.
But when i select value the value on first screen the selected value changes for next approver screen it shows the last value which is present in my collection.

Good day.

The script you have written is looking fine. We checked your issue from our end and it is working fine.

i.e., when any value is selected from the list on screen-1, then the same or selected value is showing on the approval screen or screen-2.

It would be helpful for us if you share the screen-shots of the configuration done in the process.

I am able to reproduce your issue and not facing issue that you are facing. In my WI what values are set in first screen (in list widget) are available on next screen's list widget.

Same values are populated on next screen. No change of value found on next screen.

The values remain same but the value which i select on "screen 1" does not remain same for screen 2 it show the last value from my list.

Since you are making below query,

var my_pattern = {};

my_pattern.cluster = "[[cluster]]";

So when you are pushing the values in array, please use below code and check if your issue still persists?

vb_list.push({"value":result[i].data,"label":result[i]. data });

Hi Shashank,

You are fetching the data from collection using query based on "cluster" value. The result will have the same value of " cluster" for all the record, however you are setting the "cluster" as a value so all data that you were pushing in the array have the same value, due to which in next screen it is displaying the last record.
