Hi I have a query,

In my company we only have 5 licenses and with them the RMP process is working correctly , now the issue is that if sending the url (Live Mode ) to an outside user can not start the flow ; it is necessary that the whole company is in RMP logeada ? and must appear in the list of users ?

Hi Luis,

To access the web-interface url and start the process/flow by non-registered users, they have to be PUBLIC and is only possible with Usage based account.
