envio de correo tomando una variable y reporte de rechazado en un excel o word ,

buen día, quisiera saber como puedo tomar la variable, para eviar un correo electronico y como puedo hacer un word o excel de informe y me retorne rechazado o aprobado

Good morning John, 

I suggest you two recommendations which could help you out to do what you are expecting: 

- When you create a process ==> Create a Manual Task & Select case "Notify through email"
(Do you want to attach a document word or excel to this email or do you want to generate one?)
-  When you create your web interface ==> Create two different buttons to valide or reject
