Has anyone implemented some type of print button capability on a web interface form which re-formats every data field for easier printing?

Hi Teddy,
You can try to get the required field data from web interface, re-format it with required CSS and add it into a HTML widget.
Sample Code References for building the HTML:
https://groups.google.com/a/runmyprocess.com/forum/#!msg/supportforum/qXLsmYPs23k/SCJ4bHX2_LQJ
https://groups.google.com/a/runmyprocess.com/forum/#!msg/supportforum/jZY3QCuIOIY/EX76UFX8APsJ

Now, this HTML widget data can be made available in same/another screen or can be included in mail notification step of a process as per your requirement.
And can be printed from the Print option (Ctrl+P) provided by browser/mail.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Murali
