Hello Support ,

I have recieved an icident from the customer with the below description:

"Please note that the user is facing issues with RMP application. When tried to add comments in RMP reference 17581 we enocuntered an error message as "Uanble to add comment. Bad Request (400) - The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax". Due to this user is unable to update this record. Also, when tried to search the reference 18108 in RMP found no recorde. User is unable to search this reference in RMP. Screenshot has been attached for your reference"

p.s Project Name : ISA - V3
Instance number:17581 and 18108

Kindly find attached that illustrates the error message when the user trying to add comment in instance number:17581 .

Please Advise.

Hello Mosa,

Is this the first time that this happens? We're investigating, maybe it's related to the fact that you've reached the maximum size of comments for a given request.
I'll keep you posted.

Hi Sabine,

No , it's happened before that , I think this error related to the maximum size of comments as you mentioned in your email , However , I need to confirm. Also regarding to instance number 18108 , when the user  tried to search the reference 18108 in RMP dashboard (web interface report found no record. Although that I found this instance waiting (orange circle) for the next activity in process report.

Please Advise.
