Hi,

We have a scenario, where we want to send a manual task for approval by multiple engineers at the same level paralelly i.e. a product change request goes to engineer1, engineer2 and engineer 3 at the same time. 3 tasks are created for all 3 engineers at the same time. Say, the first engineer fills in his comments as "comments1" and completes his flow before the second engineer completes his flow. Then when engineer2 opens his task to complete it, he should be able to see the comments entered by engineer1 (in an uneditable field of corz). If engineer3 goes to check his task later, he should again be able to see the comments of both engineers. This should happen for any engineer who is filling his comments after any other engineer has filled in his comments.

Hope that is clear enough. Please let us know the approach to achieve this.

Regards,
Basheer

Hi,

As your tasks are in parallel, you won't be able to share any variable between them.
The solution I can see in your case is to use a collection to store the comments, and display a collection report in your engineer manual task that would display the comments that have been logged in.
